Hi,
 speakers will always rebel when you drop requirements on them.

I do like the idea of a set format and set application.
Following a meeting, the talk can be put on the clug website.
With a consistant format/application, they will all work ok for linux 
people.

Further, one could extend this and provide a "clug template".
