I downloaded the HTML version some time ago and now have it bookmarked 
in my browser. This method of viewing relevant parts as required has 
proved more than adequate for me. I could print parts if needed but have 
not done so yet. Google for it, save some money. Also available in pdf 
if I remember correctly

All I've done is say that its possible, which has not initiated the process.

    Further, it may not be reproduced in hard copy except where the 
intended reader of the
    hard copy initiates the process of converting the work to hard copy.
