I downloaded the HTML version some time ago and now have it bookmarked in my browser. This method of viewing relevant parts as required has proved more than adequate for me. I could print parts if needed but have not done so yet. Google for it, save some money. Also available in pdf if I remember correctly

Yep - we've had this discussion on this list before...

If person on this list says "please print me a copy" then that "initiates
the process of converting to hard copy"

All I've done is say that its possible, which has not initiated the process.

Anyway - $20 doesn't actually cover the costs, so you're welcome to take me
to court for 100% of all profits :)

For those who care - I can provide a printed copy for the cost of printing.

600 pages double sided with two coily spines in two volumes, for $20. I can 2-up it if preferred.

I fear that you will get some big people coming around with large sticks if you do that.

Copying permissions http://www.icon.co.za/~psheer/book/copying.html.gz

The last sentance of the first part is most explicit.

Further, it may not be reproduced in hard copy except where the intended reader of the
hard copy initiates the process of converting the work to hard copy.

So thank you for the offer, but I don't think that it will be appreciated.
