Look for Skype, Vonage, > Net2Phone and their ilk. using skype you should be able to call any phone in new zealand for the cost of a local call, ie a business local call, which is 3c plus GST per minute. in fact you should be able to call anywhere in the world for the cost of a local call at the other end of the line.
