What we need is some open protocol to contact emergency services over
VoIP (or just over anything-IP) that transmits your pre-programmed
location details (and medical conditions, blood-type etc).
Stop thinking VoIP <---> POTS gateway + 111 and think instead "HTF do
I let emergency services know that I need help?"
