Just another example of what used to be a great Linux version going down
the drain. Even since 9.1 Mandrake has been getting less and less reliable
(in my experience).
SuSE is a good option, as long as a user doesn't ever want to install
anything that SuSE don't provide (again, my experience trying to find
mplayer, putty, and a few other packages).
Thats why I keep returning to Gentoo, yes I know it's not everyones "cup
of tea" but for me its great. The selection of packages is second-to-none
and its proven to be basically rock solid for me.

(And yes I have tried Debian Sarge which is also a good distro, but Gentoo
wins me over for its excellent up to date package selection, support,
forums, mailing lists etc.)
