What, exactly, is the problem? You need to be specific.
I assume you've already read the appropriate RFCs (at least RFC 1939),
and realise that the DELE command, if issued while in TRANSACTIOn state,
marks a message as deleted, but that the delete action will not take
effect unless the POP3 transaction enters the UPDATE state.
