Hi all, I've just started using Ubuntu & have moved away from KDE to Gnome.
I am so far quite liking Nautilus's "open a window" idea, but the thing that hacks me off is that the windows it opens are too small. Is there a way to have the windows resize to fit the folder content upon opening? I've tried playing with the Nautilus settings in the gnome-config tool to no avail.

As a side note - although the gconfig stuff looks like a windows registry, is somebody (please, please) able to reassure me that the backend storage for it is not one huge binary file like windows is?

Thanks
Brad
