So if Google is reporting Mozilla as its useragent, then this class of broken site will simply give Google it's content/internal link free "install IE" page.
Interestingly, IE reports its UserAgent string as "Mozilla" too. "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)"
Go figure.
