1. Click on Tools -> Settings.  You should see a list of accounts.

2. Click on the "Add" button.  This will bring up the Evolution
Account Assistant.  Click "Forward".

3. Type in the Email address for the account you are setting up. 
Click "Forward".

4. For Server Type, select POP.

5. Type in the host name of the POP3 server you want to connect to. 
Type in the Username on that server.

6. Authentication type should default to "Password".  If you want, you
can tick the "Remember password" box.  Click "Forward".

7. Change the "Receiving Email" settings if you want and press "Forward".

8. Enter the hostname of the SMTP server you want to send mail
through.  Click "Forward".

9. Make up a descriptive name for this account.  Click "Forward".

10. Click "Apply".
