Hi all, I have a system setup with Mandrake 10.0 on the first scsi disk SDA1 and on the second scsi drive SDB1 a full install of Knoppix 3.7.
My problem is this when I boot the Knoppix system from the first (Mandrake) drive
the Sytem starts fine with the debian boot screen proceeds normally then becomes
a Mandrake 1.0 boot.
I have tried booting them individually using the scsi boot options but the system
still defaults to Mandrake.
It is really hilarious watching Mandrake issue error messages as it looks for Debian packages.
Humour:(Debian will do anything to get Debian into my systems, it has taken them a long time <g>)
comment: apt-get is really cool and Knoppix even works "now" with 3.7 on my laptop.
Regards Michael
