Nope, don't have phpBB even as an unused .deb file.

Static IP, but gawd knows what my ISP does in the way of transparent
proxying.

Is there a specific checker?

Google is out off reach, and anonymizer says I've used it too much and
owe it a subscription. Looks like I need to find a new line in
unrestricted resources as well!
