An update: I misunderstood what I was told last night. I was told that the work had been completed. It turns out that the only work completed was the disconnection (10 days after we shifted).
Now I have to wait more for the reconnection to the new house. Apparently this would not happen if I was with Xtra (and not with Orcon) Try convincing me that this is not anti-competitive.
