Despite being a BWG, Chris fails the RMS-lookalike test ... RMS started his Free software philosophy precisely when considering the possibility of having to sign an NDA in order to make something work ... which was required in the case of a printer driver that he wanted to fix.
(Not that I'm suggesting *either way* whether this is a good thing or not, I'm just noting the historical 'fact')
