Hi Nick,
I got two downloads, sbminst and sbminst-static. I'm guessing that
sbminst is the one to make the floppy. The instructions say "edit the
Makefile", I guess that means create one and have it in the working
directory? then use the make command to compile the program.

Am I on the right track here?
