No worries, what you're saying is that in this sort of case I should
make sure I post it on geocities anonymously. The likelyhood of me doing
so is proportional to the arse-factor (ie rear-end lyrics) of the email.
Oh it was confidential - sorry I didn't read that far. If $YOU don't
like it, don't fill my inbox with rubbish ;)

I have read from people involved in this kinda case in the USA that the
unconditional addition of lengthy confidentiality statements  is a good
defense to saying that it is obviously nothing special and therefore
not confidential.
