After three dozen postings on the subject, I think Lindsay's computer needs to
be seen by somebody who is knowledgeable.
There are two possibilities:
1) Lindsay could bring his computer in to be looked at during a meeting.
( This is quite possible because the St. Albans venue has several rooms. )
2) Somebody could visit Lindsay.
