Is there some safety in creating a user 'cafe' e.g., and disabling most console tools and write access for that user, once online access is set up?
It is stunning to see "Linux is a secure OS" so easily disproved. Obviously, things like disabling fdd & cd boot in the bios, blocking physical access to the box, etc., are part of any relative 'guarantee' too.
There is much commercial relevance in this, and I'm hoping someone has a pointer or two ready on it :-)
