If the insecurity is the keyboard then drop the keyboard. Use a touch screen keyboard or do what some places do and have a laptop type situation where the user uses a laptop tro connect to the rest of the servers. This offers you either a byo laptop caf� that you borrow bandwidth off or else you use one of their laptops. No keyboard wires, no way to get into the machine easily ... More control.
The other option is the PDA style virtual keyboard or stylus with handwriting recognition.
