Can't you tell your router's DHCP server to always give the address
192.168.1.2 to mac address aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa and always give
192.168.1.3 to bb:bb:bb:bb:bb:bb and always give 192.168.1.4 to
cc:cc:cc:cc:cc:cc and anything else gets 192.168.1.5 onwards?
