That would be an excessively neat function, but I can't find it. What is
it called? In order for the box to boot at all from hda (= card), either
the third boot device has to be disk-0 or boot-other has to be enabled.
(First and second boot device are floppy / cdrom). Removing any active
flags from hde (= mobo) makes no difference.

Seems like a rather braindead mobo construction to me (and not uncommon)
- The PCI disks get first in line, but one still can't boot from them in
preference. Doh.

Yeah, thought of that - boy I hate that... and apart from being fiddly
it's not even robust.

Wonder what'll happen once hde becomes the raid1 pair of hda...
