no the problem is a common one with digital certificates - the certificate certifies that the computer is genuine.
Clients have a list of digital certification companies whose certificates they trust. Anyone else is suspect. If you get a certificate issued by verisign, or one of the other providers, then everyone will recognise it. They are not cheap, as they are basically certifying that you are who you say you are.
