Any recommendations for IMAP compatible webmail software?
SquirrelMail?
Squirrelmail is nice and pretty easy to set up. It does most of the stuff you could want it to, especially if you get a couple of plugins. It is what I primarily use for webmail.
You could also also go a different route and try something more adventerous like using the Horde framework. I haven't set it up at our office, but it did sound like a task integrating all the bits into the different backend systems e.g. LDAP (maybe because it was a snapshot where the config formats changed). I tend to just use Horde for messing with the LDAP address book because few other things will (and I am lazy.) The mail client (Imp) is often too much for my needs.
