Thanks to you all for replying! Sorry about the delay in replying to your responses but I was unexpectedly called away.
I think it does need to be php based for the following reasons (please correct me if I'm wrong): * The wiki is being hosted on a server I only have limited ftp access to. * DokuWiki is written in php so I figure it would be easier to integrate a php based search engine. I had a brief look at sasquatch2 before being called away and with some modification I might be able to get it to work (will be first attempt at programming in php). Thanks, Ian
