Or if you really need the lastest and greatest, use Debian Unstable. I haven't had problems with it for years now. Gets security updates as fast as stable, and has the latest versions. I have my desktop and laptop on unstable and my servers on testing. No sense waiting a year (or two or more) for new versions. Later Lee
