Chapter one is a great help.
I tried "set ip_forward=yes in your /etc/network/options file", but to no effect.
Boot-time spews 3x "eth0: Error -110 setting multicast list". Pings: "Destination Host Unreachable"
I'm following up Nick's search lead on the 192.168.0.0 network i.d.
Can boot into Ubuntu, access gateway, mount Debian hda, & mail Debian's /etc/network/interfaces file from there. A quick scan looked as expected tho.
