Jim's talk last night on regular expressions was very interesting. For those of us who are just getting started with regular expressions I recommend KRegExpEditor.
This application is a regular expressions builder. It is part of the kdeutils package. It may launched as an application in its own right or launched as a plug-in from Kwrite. In Kwrite[1] go to the drop down menu; Edit --> Replace A dialogue box should appear. In the Find frame activate the Regular expression check box and click on the Edit button. An excellent page explaining the usage of KRegExpEditor is available at; http://www.blackie.dk/KDE/KRegExpEditor/ Cheers Ross Drummond [1] Kwrite 4.2 using KDE 3.2
