Thanks for the offer, but like I said it works fine as a USB mass storage device. And I don't get to Nelson often enough to use his, so I'll buy my own some day. I never understood why an operating system should treat a camera different from any other storage device. It is the humans who assign meanings to files - "this is a photo", "this is a letter to auntie". Computer shouldn't care. Rambling off-topic here - sorry.
