BTW I just made some changes to the MeetingSchedule page, which seemed

phpwiki doesn't seem to have a lock/warn mechanism to prevent simultaneous editing, therefore it's possible for two copies of a page to be out for editing simultaneously.

However, it does check the state of a page when you attempt to save changes - if it sees a conflict, it does something similar to generating a diff between your changes, the original file, and the other user's changes. I can't remember if it leaves you in the edit window or just commits the page with these diff comments in it, but if you're not expecting to see it, it's easy to not notice them.

I was looking at the Meetings page, and decided to add a map for the Sydenham hall. It looks like Rik and possibly some others were trying to edit at the same time. Unfamiliarity with the wiki has led to these diff messages being left on the page for a while - no big deal, it's a wiki after all, easy enough to edit them out. Quit sniping at each other!
