I thought that kind of customer care deserved a mention on the list.
I bought an Asus N6600GT AGP video card from Dragon Computers last
week. I found that my cheap generic 400w (12v+ @ 12 amps) power supply
(that I got from them a few months ago) wasn't supplying enough juice to
the card when my case fans were plugged in. I gave Dragon (Avondale) a
ring and told them my woes thinking that my video card upgrade would
require a psu upgrade as well. They told me to bring in my psu and they
swapped it for a supply with a 16 amp output - which is enough for my
Sempron system. No money involved.
The replacement supply is twice as heavy as the last one and has a SATA
plug to boot! (Not that I need one).
