Well, for what it's worth, the wizard Gandalf _did_ suggest Bilbo Baggins, 
Esq., as a professional burglar.  And his adopted son Frodo Baggins, Esq., 
did go on a journey with the explicit purpose of destroying a valuable 
intellectual and materiel property, aided and abetted by said wizard 
Gandalf.  ;)
