Yes, I found that the dhcp server seemed to be set to give IP addresses in the 10.0.0.x range instead of the 192.168.0.x range. This caused a great deal of confusion at first and meant that the IP number that the manual said the config webserver was on was wrong. The admin password was set also so I couldn't do anything.
