I was trying to connect a client on a different server, on the same
machine, but the security got in my way. I could restart the
display-manager with the security turned off (which I have done already)
but it is not worth the time and effort closing all my files, logging
out and logging back in again. I will wait for the kernel to upgrade and
do a full reboot.

I was not complaining so much as musing :)
