Uhhm, the long list of things it does is irrelevant if the user interface is such that after 5 minutes of clicking around, it is still not obvious how to use the program for doing anything. Prime definition of a useless GUI ;) Gthumb includes the CSS data into every html file. It would seem to me to be a core feature of easy customisation to put the CSS into a separate file.
