i.e. the blue ide connector with the fine wires in the cable rather  
than the
grey sort with the fatter wires.

I was under the impression that UDMA-33 was achievable on the 40  
conductor cables, and only UDMA-66, ATA-100 & ATA-133 needed the 80  
conductor cables.

I may of course be wrong ;) Anyone know for certain?
