I see now that you have changed to Cashbook for your business. Can you outline (very, very briefly) the reason(s) why you changed to Cashbook from GNUcash? (Was it your accountants preferred option?)
Also, what in your estimation was the NZ in-compatibility with Quasar? I ask because I am now considering an accounting package for my own business. I too have looked at Quasar. Yes it is somewhat complex..but it does have some nice features including POS functionality. SQledger (not too sure if I remembered the name correctly) also looked to be extremely comprehensive in functionality and data storage security...but is a bit beyond my current computing skill set to implement with its remote server database set up.
