The server that CLUG and GNUZ live on suffered hardware failures over the post-Christmas period, co-inciding neatly with everyone's holiday. On Friday we managed to get a suitable hacker to transplant the disks into new hardware, and things seem to be much better now. Not sure whether we were suffering PSU, memory or mobo faults, but the symptom was unpredictable lockups. We now have double the RAM and a slightly faster CPU. Not enough, of course :-) We always want more ... but that's on it's way. So, apologies for the downtime. Happy new year! -jim
