quite simply it appears that you need a script that will send an sms
message. 

there are two ways of doing that, 

1. connecting a cellphone up and getting software that will send a text
message, this is pretty easy if you have the right cell phone I believe.

2. subscribing to one of those web based sms services (the names all
escape me now) and finding or writing a script to send a message
through one of those.
