So does Xnet (WorldXChange) it is advertised on there site here[1]

I was considering them when I switched to Ihug but they wanted $10/month for a 
static IP which put it a little to dare.

Did you all see the new regarding Telecom the other night? (See [2]) The 
almighty Telecom have decided to give us some more speed. It will apparently 
be filtering through the bitstream resellers at some stage. Of course it is 
all a plot to keep the commerce commission off their back a little while 
longer, but at least we get some more speed (esp. upload) in the mean time.
