I believe Dave Lane et al at iOpen do a good service for small sites if you don't want to host it yourself. Also Craig Falconer might be prepared to help. You might also like to approach your own ISP. There are lots of examples of CMS / Wiki software which you could use to produce a 'sausage machine' web site. e.g. Plone, -- CS
