I backup through SATA drives ( dedicated server with hw mirrored disks ),
using a removable drive caddy. As SATA is hot swap, this works great. MUCH
faster than USB drives, and the caddies are only $50 or so each.

Best of all worlds. Also, what software are you going to use to recover
all those files the punters accidentally delete? Last time I looked,
arkeia still allowed for free disk to disk backups, although IMO they've
just about bloated themselves out of usefulness.
