WE WANT DETAILS!
I rang them this morning to inquire re my cable connection existing 4Gb traffic 2Mb/s up/down plan. The telstra guy said most plans are getting more data the price and speed are staying the same. In my case my traffic limit goes from 4Gb/month to 10Gb/month with no change in price, the over usage blocks double in size from 500Mb to 1000Mb and the price is lowered to $2.95 per block. He also claimed that this will happen mid plan so customers won't have to wait till the end of the month for the extra traffic. My usage meeter dosen't currently reflect this at the moment but i'll give it a day or so to update. 10Gb traffic goes to 40Gb and 20Gb traffic goes to 80Gb I also confirmed with them if you are already on the new cable plans the static IP address wont be changed.
