172.20.18.55 port 67

Hello, first of all im a n00b here so please dont flame me. I'm also being pinged by 172.20.18.55. This has been happening for the past 3 months. I purchased a Wireless Pre-N Router from Belkin with a build in firewall and its been blocking DoS attacks since the begging of January, this is the log for the past minutes

Now, I found a pdf file that mentions this IP
 
 
Initially I thought that this was just an example that they made up for the course, but then I found out that the CiscoWorks 2000 public snmp IP is 172.20.18.5,
 
could that mean anything? (TelastraClear and Cisco are partners)
