Neil and I have spent the day bouncing emails back and forth.
The requirment turns out to be complex. We're having a meeting at 2pm to nut out the finer details. When complete I will publish details on the web.Thanks to all those who took the time to come, listen and give feedback. It was a very worth while night from my point of view.
