1. Right click in the video window (not on the video container itself,
but elsewhere in the pop up window) and chhose "View Page Info"

2. Choose the media tab

3. look for the entry of type "Embed"

4. copy the url for the embedded item

5. download and save the stream with mplayer thus:

mplayer -dumpstream -dumpfile whateverfilenameyouwant -playlist \ 
http://the.url/you/just/copied
