The downloaded file has been corrupted in some way. These things happen occasionally. Attempt to install it over again. If you get an exact repeat, then remove the faulty file and try again. If you _still_ have exactly the same problem, then it's not your fault and you cannot fix it. File a bug report, and try again tomorrow or the day after.
