To be honest I didn't know he was on amd64 until today! He is on the other
side of the world.

gentoo has a stable build for realplayer on amd64, but it seems to depend
on a something called app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-gtklibs which is
presumably some sort of library translation thingy.
