It's a low profile card with a full height bracket. Take the top serial port off and connect it to a cutout on the rear of the case (if there are any) and gently persuade the end to bend. Then it should work fine.
I've used this method to make normal PCI modems fit into IBM desktop cases with good success. -- C.
