85 +/- 8 ms on 3.5/128 iHug ADSL
40 +/- 7 ms on Clear ADSL.

Both of which allow VoIP to the uk with no noticeable delay... far, far better 
than satellite connections!

How much faster is cable? I can't see any technical reason why it should be 
superior to ADSL - shouldn't that be down to the number and performance of 
comms equipment?
