Yes. Others have told me to do so. However this is exactly why I asked
for peer review to ensure that I was correct.
Look back through the past presentations, there's one on procmail. It
contains links to pretty much all the primary procmail resources.
Working through those will get you a long way towards becoming procmail
proficient.
A quick search shows these up but there wasn't mention on the page I was
editing iirc.
