I heard somewhere that the outcome was that the power co decided to
charge the same whether you draw or supply current. Stink!!
Sounds to me like an argument for using cheaper solar panels, windmill &
batteries to aim for disconnection from the grid. - Probably exactly
what they want! - to divest domestic supply in favour of commercial
customers.
